Adam Jang
Adam is a BCIT engineering graduate who loves technology, his background in mechanical and electrical leads him to taking a very calculated approach to our builds. From developing 3-D renders to researching the latest and greatest tools/products he is constantly merging tech and construction. He excels in communication and presents this through customer updates and interactions. His goal with every build is to create something timeless that will be enjoyed for generations. What he loves most about his job is leaving a customer speechless from a job well done.
Steve McFarland
Steve studied carpentry and engineering at BCIT - he then went on to work for a local prestigious millwork company, in his time at this company they build some amazing spaces like the Guildford Center Aritzia. Steve prides himself on a very high standard of work and this shows best in his finish work. His building knowledge allows him to plan out each unique project start to finish in the most efficient route possible.

Adam and Steve are ONE Design and Contracting. Being friends for over a decade they dove in head first to build this company from the ground up. For the past 5 years they have learned what goes into a successful project and what cause one to crumble. They want to work with customers who appreciate a great quality of work, the best feeling is delivering a product that is above and beyond what was expected.
